Golang Job: Security Analyst

Introduction

RedCarbon develops an AI Engine Cloud based that supports Incident Handling with Threat Analysts, Incident Management & Contextual Rules to discover potential danger during their SOC duties quickly.

The core Virtual Analyst consists of a microservice architecture able to automatically enrich and merge data from several thread intelligence sources and automatically classify potential threat intelligence incidents based on given scenarios.

RedCarbon platform is based on modern technologies and solutions. The platform has been designed according to microservice architecture and is based on Kubernetes and deployed on the GCP Platform.

Microservices are developed mainly on nodejs and golang languages, while frontend apps are based on React.

To support the development of RedCarbon Cyber Analyst, we are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst with previous expertise in delivering Cyber Security monitor and analysis. The ideal candidate should have a previous Cyber Security experience in the information technology field.

Activities

The resource will design, develop and maintain the RedCarbon algorithm to perform automatic analysis, data enrichment and report generation of security incidents coming from vendors integrated by RedCarbon. He/she will work side by side with the development team.

Skills and experience – One or more of the following:

• 1 Year Experience in information security or related field.
• 1 Years Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• MBA in information systems.
• Understanding of firewalls, SIEM, EDR, IDS and Threat Intelligence concepts.
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
• GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
• GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
• Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Nice to have

Experiment with one of the following programming languages: nodejs or golang
